It's the last thing that any pet owner wants to think about, but unfortunately, these things do happen.

If your pet has been hit by a car or you have found an animal that has been hit. Please remember to stay calm. Call our clinic right away and let them know you are coming. 

It will help our staff to know:

- What kind of animal

- If the animal is still breathing

- If there are any open wounds

When you arrive, a member of our staff will take your animal down to the treatment area while our receptionist will get details about you, your pet and what happened. 

We understand that you want to be with your pet in this very stressful time, but we are unable to allow you in the treatment area until your animal is stabilised. This is to make sure our staff can care for your pet in a safe and timely manner. We will keep you updated as frequently as we can. 

Remember to be safe when driving to our clinic. We want you to get her safely.
